A Director of RISL since 2013, Tony was educated at Loughborough Grammar School and at Christ Church Oxford where he read Modern Languages. He is a career investment banker, and after training at Morgan Stanley in London he assumed senior structuring roles at major financial institutions. He has held Managing Director positions at Depfa Bank, Kleinwort Benson and Credit Suisse, involved in international capital markets, structured finance and corporate finance. He has been an adviser to multinational companies and governments in cross-border transactions. He has led transactions in Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Asia in healthcare, technology, media, real estate and energy sectors. |

Mark Atkins

Mark has 28 years’ experience in education including a number of years teaching in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Dubai. As the founding Headmaster of Repton Junior School Dubai, he was responsible for the establishment of the first premium UK brand boarding school in the Middle East and was the architect of the curriculum and assessment programme at the school. After 5 years at Repton in Dubai, which included a spell as interregnum Headmaster, he moved to the Board of Evolvence Knowledge Investments where he was Head of Academics and Education for the company overseeing the development of the education platform until August 2014. As well as leading the establishment of new schools, Mark was heavily involved with the operation of existing EKI schools, Repton Dubai, Repton Abu Dhabi and Foremarke Dubai where he is also Headmaster. Mark is a Governor of three schools as well as advising the Board of Repton UK on its international development strategy. |

Director of Repton Asia Pacific Johnny Chan |
Johnny Chan has over 30 years of experience in investment banking and investment management industry and is a founder of Techpacific Capital. He is Chairman and CIO of Crosby Asset Management (HK) Limited, a regulated entitiy of the HKSFC. Mr. Chan is also the Chief Investment Officer of Softech Investment Management Limited, the manager of the Hong Kong Government Applied Research Fund.
He was Chairman of the HK Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (2007 – 2011) and currently acts as the President of the HKVCA.
He has been a member of the Development Board of the Chinese International School in Hong Kong since 2003 and a member of the Parent Advisory Council of Choate Rosemary Hall since 2013.
Mr. Chan holds a MBA from City University Business School in London, a postgraduate diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia. |
